Resum

As communication is essential to learn a language, we are going to devote time to listening and speaking tasks. To achieve this, a relaxed and a positive atmosphere in the classroom is essential. We will also allocate some time to vocabulary, writing and reading tasks.
The course consists of 4 units which take the student throughout a number of restaurant situations and functions, beginning with phone reservations, customer reception, orders and complaints. In each unit there will be different activities to improve student’s communicative skills
