Exploring 2D Shapes
Resum
This project is addressed to the last cycle of Primary Education. It aims at introducing students to 2Dshapes. By the end of this unit, students will be able to identify 2D shapes and their properties and describe and visualise the features of 2D shapes. The activities will make children aware of the importance of geometry in every day life.
This material was developed by Lourdes Font Pont in a paid study leave of the Catalan Department of Education, run by the University of Nottingham in the 2006-2007 academic year.
