This lesson will help you know more about health and how health education can make people open their mind and avoid unhealthy behaviours and habits to improve their lifestyle.
This lesson is divided into several parts:
- Professional terms (you will find definitions of some terms usually used when we talk about health and health education, how pronounce them and activities to consolidate the use of them)
- Units (with theoretical explanations and activities in several formats: audios, videos, articles, etc)
There are 2 units:
- Listen and watch: you will find several videos about real health promotion campaigns that can help you design your own campaign
