Resum

Each new school year we meet a new bunch (or bunches!) of students: new names, new faces... It is very important to know bits of them as quick as possible to facilitate classroom management and one-to-one relation.

This starting project, done with my fifth graders, was about letting children show things about themselves as a way to introduce some aspects they feel proud about, or they would like to show.

My goal was to know more about them while providing a display that could be used for writing and speaking in our class. We also did a revision of some recycled vocabulary, we learnt some new vocabulary and grammar structures and verb tenses. And we involved many skills on the way!
